These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our mobile games/apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms. The Services are for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for your account and credentials. Keep them confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may reclaim usernames that infringe rights or are inappropriate.
4. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- use bots, automation, cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
- interfere with servers, networks, or security features;
- use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes;
- bypass or disable access controls or content protections.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Virtual Currency, Virtual Goods, and Subscriptions
Some games may offer virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems), virtual goods, or auto-renewing subscriptions purchasable through platform stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
- Virtual currency and goods have no real-world value, are non-redeemable, non-transferable outside the game, and generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- We may manage, modify, or discontinue virtual items at any time.
- Billing, cancellation, and refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the platform you used. Manage subscriptions via your platform account settings.
6. Platform Terms
If you access our games via Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms, your use is also subject to the platform's terms and policies. For billing and access rules, the platform terms may prevail where applicable.
7. Content, Intellectual Property, and Feedback
All content in the Services (including code, art, audio, video, text, game data, trademarks, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Magnum Publishing and protected by law. You receive no ownership in the Services or in virtual currency/goods.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and share them without compensation.
8. User-Generated Content
If the Services allow uploads or sharing, you must have the necessary rights and ensure your content is lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
9. Text and Data Mining
We object to any text and data mining of the Services and their content, except with our prior written authorization or where legally permitted.
10. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
The Services may display advertising and use analytics and other third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to your consent where required. Third-party terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
11. Updates and Availability
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features or content at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Upon termination, your license ends and you may lose access to your account and any virtual currency/goods, without compensation unless required by law. We may close inactive accounts after a reasonable period.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties (express or implied) of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Your use is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnum Publishing and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, goodwill, or profits; or costs of substitute services, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us for the Service during the six (6) months preceding the claim or (ii) EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such limitations are unlawful.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Magnum Publishing from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts in Paris, France shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory local courts apply.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will show the new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in-app or on the website. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
18. Severability; No Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement
If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
